Out of Stock, Backordered, and Pre-Ordered Items

For any out of stock or back ordered items, you will receive an email in your Ultra Bright Lightz account inbox. You will receive an estimated ship date as well as an email with your tracking number once it does ship out.

Any items that are backordered will be shipped out in the order they are received.

Pre-ordered items will have an estimated ship date under the “availability.” If we receive the products sooner, they will ship out sooner.
