Installation instructions (hardwire):

Extend the red wire to the 12V(+) post of the vehicle’s battery. Extend the black wire to the ground post of the vehicle.
To turn the light on, connect the brown wire to a 12V(+) switch.
To change flash patterns, tap the yellow wire to a 12V(+) post (switch).
Takedown Steady: Connect white wire to a 12V(+) post (switch).
Takedown flashing: Connect green wire to a 12V(+) post for single color.
Mode 2 (Dual Color): Connect the green wire to a 12V+ post.

Installation instructions (cigarette plug):

Plug the provided plug into the vehicle’s cigarette plug output. Turn the unit on with the on/off switch.
To change patterns, press the momentary button.

*Please note mode 2 overrides mode 1*

Cigarette plug to hardwire wiring diagram:

Yellow: Mode 1

Green: Mode 2

Blue: Pattern changer 12V+

Red: 12V(+) to - battery

Black: 12V- to 20 amp fuse to + battery

Permanent mount installation:

Place the permanent bracket on the platform and mark the first hole for drilling. Drill the marked hole.
Attach the permanent bracket to the platform with a self-tapping screw (provided).
Mark the second hole for drilling in the opposite corner of the bracket. Secure the bracket using a self-tapping screw on the drilled hole.
Mark and drill the remaining 2 holes and secure the bracket with self-tapping screws.

Magnetic mount installation”

No instructions required.
You can run the wiring through the gasket of the door or by drilling a hole in the vehicle’s roof.
If you’re running wire through the gasket, ensure the vehicle’s door will close without interference.
