Tracking a package

Here’s how to track your package:

1. Log into your Ultra Bright Lightz Account.
2. Go to “Check Order Status.”
3. Copy the tracking number.
4. Go to the “Support” section at the top of the page.
5. Enter your tracking number where it says “Track Your Package.”
6. Click “Track.”
7. If the tracking number states the label was created but does not provide an estimated arrival date, check back in a few hours.
