How to check the status of your order
Here’s how to check the status of your order:
- Log into your Ultra Bright Lightz Account
- Select “View Order Status”
- If your order says processing, it has not shipped yet.
- If it says shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
- If you have any questions about your order status, give us a call at 1-888-562-5125, or email us at email@example.com.
- If an item is out of stock, you can select “View Messages” to see the estimated arrival date.
