How to check the status of your order

Here’s how to check the status of your order:

  1. Log into your Ultra Bright Lightz Account
  2. Select “View Order Status”
  3. If your order says processing, it has not shipped yet.
  4. If it says shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
  5. If you have any questions about your order status, give us a call at 1-888-562-5125, or email us at info@ultrabrightlightz.com.
  6. If an item is out of stock, you can select “View Messages” to see the estimated arrival date.
