Holiday Return Policy 2020
Not satisfied with your order? This year we are extending our return policy. Items purchased in November or December 2020 will have till January 31, 2021 to be returned.
Here’s how to return a product:
- Call us at 1-888-562-5125 or send us an email at info@UltraBrightLightz.com We can verify that your order is eligible for a refund/exchange, as well as provide the RMA number you will need.
- Package your item with your RMA number written on the outside of the box. You will need to ship the item(s) back to 40 Oser Ave, Suite 14, Hauppauge, NY 11788
- Once we receive the item, we can begin processing the refund or the exchange.
- Refunds generally take 5-10 business days to hit your account. Exchanges take one business day to ship out as long as the item is in stock.
You must contact us by January 31, 2021 to receive a full refund. Items must not have been installed and be in factory condition with all original parts. Batteries, custom items, full-size light bars, replacement parts, and Feniex inner bars are not returnable. We recommend "placing" the item in the location you would like it before permanently installing it to ensure it meets your expectations.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days). If you're expecting a refund and you paid with PayPal, the refund will be instant. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund may take longer (5 to 10 business days). This is a credit card company policy, please contact your card provider for more information.
If items are used, have damaged, missing parts, or are not in the original packaging, your refund is subject to a fee (price depends on damages or cost of items that are missing). If any fees occur, the customer will be notified.
Special orders and select items may have a restocking fee of up to 20%.
